By installing or using the Surecut browser extension (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Surecut is a browser extension that generates personalized JavaScript scripts from natural language descriptions using AI. Scripts are executed locally in your browser.

3. User Accounts

Free users receive a limited number of AI script generations per month. Paid subscribers (“Pro”) receive a higher monthly limit. Usage is tracked via an anonymous user identifier generated upon installation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Surecut to:

• Generate scripts that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass security measures of any website
• Scrape or collect personal data from websites without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of websites or services
• Circumvent paywalls or DRM protections in violation of applicable laws

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Creem. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scripts may contain errors or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and testing scripts before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Surecut shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated scripts, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or security issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
